Effectiveness in ministry comes from more than a passionate spirit. Training is also an essential element of allowing the Holy Spirit to work through us in ever increasing ways. In his first letter to the Corinthians, Paul said, “Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever,” (1 Cor 9:25). And again, when writing to his young protege Timothy he said “train yourself to be godly,” (1 Timothy 4:7b).  With these admonitions in mind, we encourage you to take full advantage of the equipping videos and resources available below. Just click on a title to be taken to the training on that topic.
