44 Complete the Lessons-Learned form and establish goals for next year’s WTR
44 Develop a Hosted Event plan with the team and add key elements into Strategic Timeline
44 Update the one-page Strategic Market Plan with both WTR and Hosted Event goals
42 Email future WTR event dates to GCs and pastors so that dates can be included in annual plans
40 Build out this Strategic Timeline with any details that are unique to your team/event area

34 Assess progress on Organizational Opportunities and establish clear next steps for each one
32 Update the plan to add new volunteers to the team; identify new prospects and decide on action steps; conduct a 2nd round of Volunteer Discovery (new prospects, couples who were not able to attend the first time, etc)
26 Download a “Group Registration Summary” report and implement pre-GC Discovery Email plan
24 Download and scrub “Phonebank” report; assign volunteers to contact prospects based on volunteer ability and capacity, and submit workbook for upload to the Zoho system
22 Conduct GC Discovery training with the Team, and lead team to begin contacting assigned prospects
20 Begin weekly monitoring of GC Discovery progress; follow up regularly with individual volunteers to provide support and encouragement
22 Begin communicating to the Team their progress towards goals each week
18 Plan dates for last quarter prayer events (Prayer Leader responsible) and add them to this timeline

16 Establish a social media invitation plan, and equip the Team and GC’s to implement it

WTR Getaway
-1 Log strategic conversations and event follow-up tasks in Salesforce system
-1 Thank Group Coordinators and pastors
-2 Gather responses from all Volunteers for the Lessons-Learned discussion questions
-2 Invite potential volunteers to follow up meetings (invitations should be nuclear – phone, text, and email)
-2 Complete follow-up pastor calls and meetings to build relationships and uncover ministry opportunities
-2 Set up a recurring weekly or bi-weekly call with leadership team (WTRD, CPTL, PPTL)
-3 Host Volunteer Opportunity meeting(s) and appointments
-4 Follow-up on GC interest from those who checked a box at the WTR
