I see it is also called a “Group Plan” and those who participate are called “Group Coordinators.” Do I really have to coordinate a group where all of the couples I invite have to attend the same event together?
Not at all. The Weekend to Remember Group Plan is simply a loyalty program. Your role is simply to invite others to attend a getaway, and when couples who register using your “Group Name,” they are considered to be signing up under your “group.” However, they do not have to attend in a group and you do not have to be going yourselves.
How do I set up my personal Group Name?
There are three ways to get started:

How do individuals use my Group Name to register?
When they register online at www.FamilyLife.com/Weekend there is a box for them to type in your Group Name. They can also mention it when registering by phone (800-FL-TODAY).
Do I need to collect registrations?
There is no need to collect registrations, but many group coordinators have found great success by helping couples to register. One of the best ways to do this is to host a table at your church and to have a laptop available for couples to register there.
How do I check to see who has used my group name and when I have earned a free couple’s registration?
Go to http://gcmobile.familylife.com. Log in with your email address and password. Click on your Group Name in the “Group Information” box. If you respond to this email and ask us to create a Group Name for you, we will provide you with a username and password. You can also call (800) FL-TODAY and speak with one of our Service Specialists to find out.
How do I redeem my FREE couple’s registration?
Call 1-800-FL-TODAY (358-6329) to redeem your FREE registration for yourself or to register it to another couple.
How do I transfer my free couple’s registration to another couple?
As the Group Coordinator, you must call 1-800-FL-TODAY (358-6329) to use your free registration. Please have your personal Group Name and all registration information for the other couple available when calling.
May I keep my Group Name from year to year?
Yes. Group Names need to be renewed once every 12 months in order to remain active. You can do this at http://gcmobile.familylife.com, or by calling 1-800-FL-TODAY (358-6329). You will receive an email notification when your Group Name needs to be renewed.
Is there a special rate for pastors or active military members?
Yes. All full-time and bi-vocational senior pastor couples can attend for Free. Active military can receive $200 off their registration.

- Put up posters on all church bulletin boards

- Place brochures in holders on restroom sinks and shelves
- Have bulletin announcement run weekly starting 7 weeks prior to the event
- Print inserts for bulletins, to be included 7, 5, and 3 weeks prior to the event
- Make announcements from the pulpit, to adult Sunday School classes, and to small groups, 7, 5, and 3 weeks prior to the event
- Play invitational video clip from DVD before each worship service 7, 5, and 3 weeks before the event
- Add invitation to church website and church Facebook page
- Personally invite couples one-on-one. Speak in adult Sunday School classes as you are able.
- Host an information/registration table from 7 weeks before the Weekend until the Weekend itself
Note: If you take registrations, we advise that you do not handle the money. Provide laptops where couples can register themselves.
