The brochure provides all the information about the getaway, including rates, dates, locations, content, and the schedule for the weekend. You can order up to 50 copies through your account on GC Mobile or through the FamilyLife Promotional Toolkit page. If you need or want more than 50 brochures, your Ministry Rep can provide those to you.
2) Create a Unique Group Name and Become a Group Coordinator
Becoming a Group Coordinator sounds a lot more intimidating than it actually is. All you have to do is create a group name of your choosing and spread the word to your friends and family using a variety of free promotional tools. Anyone who registers to attend using your unique group name receives the maximum discount offered at the time, or $100/couple, whichever is greater. Couples do NOT need to attend in a group to qualify for the discount.
And for every five couples who sign-up for any Weekend to Remember getaway with your group name, you will receive a FREE couple’s registration. You can use these FREE registrations as gifts or share with friends!
You can renew your Group Name every 12 months. But don’t worry, we’ll remind you in advance! Experience how God can use you in the lives of others.

Who should participate?
The concepts in this study will benefit any couple, whether they are newlyweds, engaged, or have been married for many years.
How many couples make a group?
We recommend from four to seven couples (including you and your spouse).
What if one partner of a couple does not want to participate?
Expect that some people will attend the first session wishing that they were somewhere else. Assure the group that no one will be forced to share publicly if they do not wish to do so.
Should an individual join the group alone?
It is best if a person does not join a HomeBuilders group alone. Learning the principles and seeing everyone else working together on their marriages could cause discouragement and dissatisfaction with the individual’s spouse. This does not mean if a person’s spouse is out of town that they should skip the study, however.
Can a non-Christian participate in a group?
Although the study is targeted for Christians, non-Christian couples can participate. Welcome the non-Christian into your group and seek to get to know him during the early weeks of the study. Sometime during the study, schedule a time to meet with the person or couple privately to explain the principles on which HomeBuilders is built.
What is the best setting for meeting?
To create an atmosphere that is friendly and comfortable, a home setting works well. You need to have a place where everyone can sit comfortably and see and hear each other.
What time schedule should be followed?
The material presented in each session is designed for a 90-minute study; however, we recommend a two-hour block of time. This will allow you to move through each part of the study at a more relaxed pace and include time for fellowship or refreshments.

What resources do I need to host an event?
To host a Marriage Oneness training, you need two resources: a set of videos, and a workbook for each guest. Click on each title to get current pricing and to order.
- Marriage Oneness Training Kit includes four DVDs (eight 45-minute sessions), one facilitator’s guide, two workbooks, and one Marriage Oneness Profile.
- Marriage Oneness Couple’s Set contains two workbooks and a Marriage Oneness Profile folder.
Keep in mind that once you own a set of DVD’s, you’ll be able to purchase more Couple’s Sets for future training.
Where should I host the training?
The material is easily adaptable to a variety of settings, including church or home. The training is most effective when done in nine weekly gatherings, including a short orientation meeting, followed by eight video-training and discussion sessions.
What size of group do you recommend?
This training works best in groups of six or more couples (not including the facilitator and his or her spouse).
How long is each training session?
The optimum session length is 120 minutes, including fellowship time before and after each session.

How much does it cost?
There are six different types of cabin packages available, and prices start at about $1,000 per person. Pricing reflects the standard prices for staterooms and packages. What is included in the price of the cruise?
- All meals (Formal dining rooms, casual indoor and outdoor grills open for meals throughout the day and 24 hour room service. A few select items may have a gourmet fare in the formal dining rooms.)

- All concerts, speaker sessions, etc. put on by FamilyLife
