Ministry Position: Hosted Events Specialist
Reports To: Local FamilyLife Ministry Representative
Purpose: To assist in the multiplication of Hosted Events, primarily The Art of Marriage and Stepping Up, within a specific geographic area, with a goal of fulfilling the vision of “every home a godly home.”
Time Commitment: 2 – 4 hours per week, with some weeks requiring more and some less, depending on the plans being carried out at the time.
Length of Commitment: Minimum one year commitment with a 90-day placement review.

Additional Qualifications:
- Must be a married couple
- Must be an active group coordinator
- Proven track record of demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven history of effectiveness and faithfulness in ministry
- Possess a basic working knowledge of the internet, email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Walk with Christ.
- Model godly family relationships.
- Pray for the team, for FamilyLife leadership, and for effective completion of this ministry.
- Assist the Hosted Events Director in the creation and execution of strategic goals and plans to reach couples through hosted events
- Attend and participate in Area Team meetings.
- Participate in team ministry efforts onsite during the Weekend to Remember(s).
Required Training:
- Become familiar with FamilyLife hosted events and websites, with an emphasis on the Art of Marriage, the Art of Parenting, and Stepping Up.
- Personally attend (or go through) an Art of Marriage event and an Art of Marriage small group.
